Here is a very brief summary of what the experts say about torture:
George Washington looks at 2 witnesses claimed to have fingered KSM as 9/11 mastermind; KSM himself, who was waterboarded 183 times and falsely confessed to other crimes; and Abu Zubaida, who FBI agents believed was mentally ill.

Note 1: Americans no longer trust the politicians, the justice system, their ability to obtain liberty, or the media. Americans know that the boys lied us into war in Iraq (which has bankrupted us to the tune of$3-5 trillion dollars), imported communist Soviet Union torture techniques and then said “we don’t torture”, spied on Americans (evenbefore 9/11 … confirmed here and here) while saying “we don’t spy”, and covered up the facts about 9/11 (even the 9/11 Commission thinksthere was a coverup … see also this).
Therefore, I passionately believe that a new honesty has to take place among our government and corporate institutions, and that the truth about these crimes has to be fully revealed before our economy will fully recover.

Now that a Democrat has been elected president, the Democrats in Congress have no excuse. They can no longer pretend that they have to “hold back” to win the election.
They have no excuse to delay war crimes charges against Bush, Cheney and company for Iraq.
They have no excuse to delay war crimes charges for torture.
They have no excuse to delay criminal charges for spying on Americans.
They have no excuse to delay criminal charges for 9/11.
